RETURN POLICY

Important Requirements and Information Regarding the Return of Product:

ALL returns MUST be authorized in advance. Please contact Customer Service at FBBestDealsByLP.com within fifteen (15) days of receipt to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. NO credit will be issued without prior authorization and RA#. RA# MUST be noted on carton(s) and sales receipt. Product MUST be returned prepaid within thirty (30) days of receipt.

A 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from refund. In addition, ALL refunds exclude shipping and handling costs. In the event an order is refused, round trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.

ALL returned product MUST be in original packaging and subject to our inspection or additional charges may apply. NO credit will be issued on product that has been assembled or modified.
